I'm Alina Cickieva, in 2001 I graduated from the Law Faculty of the Adygen State University on a specialisation «Jurisprudence».

Since 2002 and currently I have been working as a lawyer in the city of Maikop. The information about my activities is listed in the register of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Adygea, Maikop. My experience in advocacy is more than thirteen years, the total length of service is for more than 20 years.

The decision to become a lawyer was made thanks to the advice of my parents Merzhoev Elberd Elmurzievich, who has a lot of achievements and awards in the legal profession, and Merzhoeva Tamara Askerbievna, an English teacher, a real profesonal. I take my example in my work from them.I do my best to be responsible like them, and improve my skills and knowledge like them all the time.

In April 2015 I graduated from the training program of general training of lawyers on «Illegal evidence in criminal proceedings. Taps court», and in July of the same year - qualification courses on «Bankruptcy of persons. Deposit in case of bankruptcy».

In 07.2016 qualification courses «The participation of a lawyer in proving on criminal procedural law» program at Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL).

In may 2017, I am successful completion on the European Program for Human Rights Education for Legal Profession (HELP) "Family Law and Human Rights Actual problems and aspects of international protection of the rights of the child and adult standards" of the all-Russian course.

In 2012, I chose the form of lawyer individual office "Law Office", which information is displayed in the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Adygea.

The lawyer's objectivity and honesty are important for me when discussing with the clients the validity of thier position, taking into account the specific circumstances and existing law. These rules are main priority in my work.

The volume of me legal services is determined by individual circumstances and needs in each situation, but doing work at the level of consultation, drafting statements either fully engaged in the representation of your interests, I try as much as possible do my job in the best way, to fulfill my work responsibly and in time to the best resolution of your dispute in a legal manner.

Observance of professional secrecy is one of the principles of lawyer work.
